2. The package should not be broken and the product can’t be used or broken.
3. The product shall be returned in its original box.
4. We do not refund shipping unless it's a faulty product. For changes or returns, the shipping costs is on the customer.
5. As a consumer you have the right to get your money back within 30 days from that day we received your returned product.
6. In case of claims or faulty products we will replace your product or get a refund (inclusive shipping costs). If you received the wrong item or there was an error in your shipment, please let us know within 3 business days.
